Bake at 190°C 8 minutes Ingredients
  • 360 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g refined sugar
  • 2 g baking soda
  • 100 g eggs
  • 150 g Cordillera chocolate chunks
  • 100 g colored sprinkles
Preparation
  • Cream the butter with the sugars until the volume of the mix is doubled.
  • Add the eggs one by one, then the flour and the baking soda.
  • Beat until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  • Place the dough in a piping bag and form small mounds on a greased tin
  • Add the sprinkles or chunks on top of the little mounds of dough
  • Bake at 190°C for 8 minutes
  • Let cool on a rack
