Quick chocolate cake

Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes 22 cm mold Ingredients
  • 40 g natural cocoa 14-16%
  • 130 g oil
  • 280 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g eggs
  • 190 g liquid milk
  • 1 g vanilla
  • 4 g baking soda
  • 4 g baking powder
Preparation
  • Beat the liquid ingredients.
  • Add all the dry ingredients and homogenize.
  • Separately grease the mold and place waxed paper at the bottom.
  • Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick in the center of the cake to verify that it’s well cooked.
  • Let cool and unmold.
