Bake 170°C 8 minutes
Mold 23 cm X 23 cm
Ingredients
100 g Cordillera chocolate 53% Colombia origin
100 g butter
100 g sugar
100 g flour
100 g eggs
Preparation
Melt the butter with the chocolate and mixt until smooth.
Add the sugar and flour and mix with a spatula.
Add the eggs and finish the mix.
Place the mix in greased mold of 23 X 23 cm.
Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate to cut and unmold.
