Bake 170°C 8 minutes Mold 23 cm X 23 cm Ingredients
  • 100 g Cordillera chocolate 53% Colombia origin 100 g butter100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g eggs
  • Melt the butter with the chocolate and mixt until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and flour and mix with a spatula.
  • Add the eggs and finish the mix.
  • Place the mix in greased mold of 23 X 23 cm.
  • Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate to cut and unmold.
