Bake 175°C for 25 minutes
2 – 17 cm round molds
Ingredients:
50 g natural cocoa 14-16%
180 g unsalted butter
165 g brown sugar
3 large eggs
130 g flour
4 g baking powder
50 ml natural yogurt
Chocolate cream for the filling
60 g unsalted butter
8 g sifted powdered sugar
20 g natural cocoa 14-16%
Preparation
Preheat oven
Cream sugar and butter
Incorporate the eggs one by one without stopping the beating and add the yogurt
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add manually.
Bake, let cool, unmold and fill with the chocolate cream
For the cream:
In a bowl beat butter, sugar and cocoa
To soften the mix you can add two tablespoons of milk (optional)
