Chocolate Cake

Bake  175°C for 25 minutes

2 – 17 cm round molds

Ingredients:
  • 50 g natural cocoa 14-16%
  • 180 g unsalted butter
  • 165 g brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 130 g flour
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 50 ml natural yogurt
Chocolate cream for the filling
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 8 g sifted powdered sugar
  • 20 g natural cocoa 14-16%
Preparation
  • Preheat oven
  • Cream sugar and butter
  • Incorporate the eggs one by one without stopping the beating and add the yogurt
  • Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add manually.
  • Bake, let cool, unmold and fill with the chocolate cream
For the cream:
  • In a bowl beat butter, sugar and cocoa
  • To soften the mix you can add two tablespoons of milk (optional)
