White chocolate cream cheese

Ingredients:
32 g of Nacional white chocolate powder coating
40 g of butter
40 g of xxx sugar
80 g of Philadelphia-style cream cheese or similar

Preparation:
Beat butter at room temperature with sugar and chocolate, until creamy.
Add the cream cheese, very cold.
Whisk until it’s fully mixed and it’s creamy and silky smooth.
Add coloring to the gel to give you frosting the final touch.
