Creation of a specialized testing laboratory and acquisition of cutting edge machinery.

The company creates the Agricultural Cacao Development Department and started an active program to promote the cocoa crop development.

Opening of new manufacturing facilities in Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica.

Important environmental advances: Carbon Neutral certification ni Costa Rica manufacturing facility and Colombia Cocoa Farm, substitution of coal fuel for natural gas and implementation of solar panels (Colombia manufacturing facility).
